We pride ourselves on welcoming patients in a relaxed environment. Our small care teams will focus on getting to know you and your child really well. When you choose one of our locations, your family belongs to one team consisting of a pediatrician and a physician assistant or a Nurse Practioner. The same team will see you for all your children’s well visits and most sick visits.

- Same-day appointments. We keep our schedules open to accommodate for the same-day sick visits
- In addition to our regular office hours, we offer evening tele-visit appointments and Saturday office hours at our Round Rock office
- Being here for you 24 hours a day. We have dedicated triage nurses available to talk to you after hours.
- Meeting your baby in the hospital. We round on our newborn patients at three local hospitals:
- Round Rock Medical Center
- North Austin Medical Center
- St. Davids hospital on 32nd street
